On The Floor® (OTF) isn’t just a dance competition – it’s a platform that empowers young dancers to learn from industry professionals, cultivate mentorship opportunities, and understand the value of giving back. We believe in creating meaningful connections and fostering a sense of community within the dance world.
Every OTF event is more than just a competition; it’s an opportunity to make a difference. As part of our commitment to giving back, each competition includes a fundraising component. Studios have the option to forego receiving trophies and instead have OTF make a donation, contributing to our Go Green initiative where trees are planted at the end of the season for every donation. Additionally, we proudly accept donations for SickKids at all our events, with our marquee fundraiser being the annual A Night for SickKids Gala.
